چکیده
Purpose: There are not many questionnaires that have proven validity and reliability in evaluating the level of physical activity older patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In clinical scientific studies, it is important to quickly determine terms time management. The aim study was examine rapid assessment (RAPA) questionnaire COPD.
Methods: A total 105 COPD surveyed short form International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ-SF) after 2 weeks RAPA as well. IPAQ-SF accepted gold standard for Furthermore, were assessed a 6-min walking test (6MWT) perceived dyspnea (with modified medical research scale (mMRC)). Correlation coefficients (r) used relationship between IPAQ-SF.
Results: significant positive correlations score (r = 0.968, p< 0.001), 6MWT 0.626, addition negative correlation mMRC scores -0.454, 0.001). showed good sensitivity (87.5%) specificity (100%) value. Positive predictive values 100% 96.4% respectively. Conclusion: This an easy-to-use, valid, reliable measure levels
